2 designs on 1 pillow. Each side has a different design. One is girly, another is with skulls, or both sides are girly with lace and flowers but with another thing: rose, butterfly, lips, high heels or one is with red flowers and the other side is with blue flowers. You can decide which you want to use. If you like the gothic style, you can hide it, using another side without skulls or skeletons.
