Angel favorites (postcards)

I kind of like angels. Not all angels, but the ones who make me feel safe. Those who have kind faces, those who look at you with understanding and love, the compassionate ones. Somehow they seem to know what it's like... What more could I tell you about these angel postcards? Most of them are inspired by well-known artists (Fra Angelico, Sano di Pietro, Jan van Eyck, Raphael, Rembrandt, Elisabetta Sirani, Giovanni Bellini, Stefano d'Antonio di Vanni, Edward Burne-Jones, William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Franz Dvorak, Hugo Simberg), others originate from Victorian or other vintage images, there are also a few of my own photos. About half of the postcards have a holiday design (mostly Christmas), the other half are just, you know, angel pictures that I have taken a liking to and felt an urge to do something with.
