Collection #4 - GYMNASTICS, IISOH Sport in Art

This collection illustrates the GYMNASTICS designs from the IISOH Library & Museum project entitled SPORT IN ART and features Austrian athletes Julius Neuber, Daniel Kopeinik and Johannes Mairoser. All photographs are copyrighted by Czech photographer Pavel Rycl and posters are designed and copyrighted by Harvey Abrams. The project is intended to promote the SPORT of GYMNASTICS through artwork, in this case Photography. The next three to be created will illustrate female gymnasts followed by over 100 other sports posters. My Vintage Sport in Art works are located in a different collection entitled - SPORT IN ART HISTORY, and it illustrates vintage posters, lithographs, paintings, sculptures and other art forms that depict sports throughout history.
