I have benefited so much by introducing cultured (fermented) food into my life. My skin, digestion, mental state and overall health have all improved from repopulating my gut with good and helpful bacteria, the way it's supposed to be. Somewhere along the line of history, this valuable knowledge about fermenting food was hidden, but I am joining the small group of people telling the world about it and helping you do the same with apparel and products.
