Gyrfalcons, aka Gerfalcons by John James Audubon

Vintage illustration marine life seabirds, Gyrfalcons (aka gerfalcon), one is sitting on a cliff overlooking the ocean and the other is flying down showing the beautiful plumage of his spotted feathers. Gyrfalcons breed along the Arctic coast, they are a hunting bird (a bird of prey) and they were highly valued among the Vikings. It is the national symbol of Iceland.
