Reiki Session Notes

Before I provide a Reiki Session I create (art) and I listen for messages (which become the Session Notes). I create space for the session (for myself and participants), I set the intention (for presence, healing, balance, and so on). When the recipient has explored the notes (and has the opportunity to review them) I will share some of them here in postcards.
