Spiritual meditation

Meditating on the beach can be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The sound of the waves crashing against the shoreline, the smell of salt in the air, and the feel of sand between your toes can put you in a meditative state even if you aren’t actively trying to meditate. The chanting of OM is also useful for meditation as it helps to achieve spiritual emancipation. The syllable is thus a prominent component of Yoga, and the ancients used it as a pathway to gain ultimate knowledge.
