Victorian Transferware Tiles

The Victorians loved tiles (and so do we!) These are some reproductions of our favorite Transferware Tiles. The Transferware process transferred or printed the design onto tiles which could then be filled in with colored glazes by hand. This cut production costs, making tiles more accessible and far more popular than those decorated completely by hand.
