Design description: The background is the first page of the Constitution, with the big We the People visible at the top of the design. Also visible is the large Article I title. But most of the original text of the first paragraph in Section 2 of Article I is covered by a rectangular box. The box color is similar to the color of the parchment of the Constitution, bordered in a light brown similarly to the color of the text of the Constitution.
