Smile Notepad: When you exercise dance sing smile or laugh your brain releases a chemical message known as an endorphin. These are the body's natural pain killer and they work to relieve both physical and mental pain. When you release endorphins their message travels throughout the body spreading a feeling of happiness and well being as it goes. With about the same strength as morphine these endorphins are powerful stuff. Interestingly your brain cannot tell the difference between a forced laugh or smile and a natural one so either will work to make you feel happier. Let your endorphins out to play.
