Sukkot

Sukkot is the most joyous of the 3 regalim holidays. It is celebrated with the ritual 4 species and dwelling in a sukkah -- a hut with roof made of natural materials that are not waterproof -- that we decorate to show our joy at the time characterized as "zman simchatenu" - the time of rejoicing.
