Good Girl Gone Badge

Located in Seaford, VA, Good Girl Gone Badge is dedicated to creating unique, beautifully designed, you guessed it, badges. The company started with Katie. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry but wanted to do something that would allow her to have a bit more flexibility to raise her children. As a hobby on the side, Katie started designing badge holders for her husband and his coworkers to replace the plain reels they were using to hold their IDs at work. Demand for the badges started to grow. She found she loved this creative outlet and pretty soon she was making badges full time. The company now employs 6 people, and that has given Katie lots of quality time to raise her 3 daughters. It’s such a family atmosphere that everybody is encouraged to bring their kids to work so they can all play together. The fun and camaraderie is the ‘special sauce’ that brings out the amazing designs on every Good Girl Gone Badge product.
