Soul Liberation Yoga

Soul Liberation Yoga was created to delve deeper into Self and to explore Yoga through the lens of Black culture and experiences. Students of Soul Liberation Yoga are encouraged to go beyond body poses, to acquire knowledge, explore Yoga, and engage in Self care on a more conscious level that affirms their essence and identity.
