I have a background in fashion, costume design, and a current career as an interior designer. My daughter, Riley, has always had a special connection with animals. She started showing dogs as a way to do a fun activity with her own dog and learn about breeds. Riley's Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Griffin, was her first show dog. It was the special relationship with Griffin and then his passing that lead my daughter to pursue a career as a veterinarian. It also inspired me to create art for her dogs and others. That is how Design R Dogs was born... named for Riley. We now have our Wheaten terrier, JayCe, and our two Russell Terriers, Indy and Elle, that continually inspire us at home along with all their other doggy friends.
