Thank you for stopping by the Explore_Route66 Store! I’m Krista, a native Californian, currently calling San Diego home. This is the official ZAZZLE Store for Krista Ames-Cook Photography – featuring my favorite Route 66 photos. In June 2017, my husband and I took a road trip east to Kentucky via Highway 40. Along the way we discovered some of the treasures on Historic Route 66 and got the “Heritage Tourist” bug! Since then, we’ve gone on a few more Route 66 road trips, with plans for many more! I’m a shutterbug by nature – I typically have a camera (or smartphone) with me at all times. I enjoy taking pictures as a creative outlet and have become enamored with capturing the spirit of a bygone era and helping to preserve Route 66 through photography. I opened this store as a way to share my Route 66 photos – so you can give them as gifts or bring them into your home or office – and surround yourself with the Mother Road’s nostalgic charm.
