We are a small enterprise from Calgary, Alberta that produces award-winning whiskies with a unique twist: we source well-aged western Canadian whiskies (>18 yrs) and finish these wonderfully mellowed spirits in freshly emptied, Old World brandy barrels that we source directly from europe. We bottle at cask-strength, with no chill filtering and no colouring. Our launch product- an 18 year old Jerez Brandy Finished Whisky was the 2020 Gold Medal and Award of Excellence Winner at the Canadian Whisky Awards and 2021 Aberta Beverage Awards Jury Selection.
