Masu (the pseudonym of Mathew Spano) is a poet and professor of English. Mat's work has appeared in many literary journals, newspapers, magazines, and anthologies. To supplement his love of haiku, he taught himself the art of Sumi-e (Japanese ink brush painting) to create the works featured on these products.
