This shop has been a long time coming. My name is Deborah Berry, a multi-brain injury survivor who found her way back to wellness through creativity, a deep connection with nature, and a spiritual path filled with healing and self-discovery. I’m a trauma and grief coach specializing in meditation and self-hypnosis, with a lifelong passion for color, poetry, and art. As a little girl, I used creative expression to escape an abusive childhood—never knowing then that I was already building the tools I’d need to survive and transform. I Love My Brain honors the long and often invisible journey of healing from brain injury and the trauma that comes with it. In 2013, I created Brain-Heart Spiritual Mechanics as part of my program to help others find their way home to themselves. Much of my writing—poetry, quotes, and affirmations—was born from dreams, visions, and the intuitive practice of automatic writing. Through this shop, my goal is to uplift and empower those navigating disability, trauma recovery, and spiritual growth—reminding each of us that we are not broken, just beautifully rewired. I’ve spent over 40 years as a life coach, mentor, visionary, and healer, walking beside others as they reclaim their light. July is Disability Pride Month.
