Did you know that children smile 20x more often than adults do in an average day? As a former preschool teacher, I believe this is because children remember how to take delight in the little things. Their world is new and they haven't encountered taxes or rush hour traffic. Sure, we still have to juggle all that "adulting" stuff, but why not balance it with more conscious joy too?
