Journeyman Sign Maker / Production Designer / Graphic Designer / Artist / Musician / Hillbilly Engineer Keith Margis began his career in 1984 as an apprentice at fhe Sign Studio, Long Beach CA learning the basics and more from Gary Harrison and Rick Glauson (Fine Gold Signs, Esoteric Sign Supply). In 1989 he accepted a position as project manager for Pischoff Sign Company in San Francisco CA. Three years later in 1992 Keith founded Modern Sign and Design building and installing custom made architectural signage in San Francisco and across Northern California. In the last 15 years Modern Sign & Design has expanded it's services to include sculpture and painting installation, as well as building and installing sets for theater and film.
