NORTHMARKUK started as a hobby. I'm from Northern England, and since retiring I wanted something to keep me busy, so I started designing. Every piece starts with something recognisably British, whether that's a nod to our heritage, a regional in-joke, or the kind of pun only a British household would get. From the flagship English Longbow Archer print to a growing range of funny personalised cards, the aim is always the same: designs that don't take themselves too seriously.
