No Shame Warrior is the official merchandise store for No Shame Warrior Foundation. No Shame Warrior Foundation is a veteran owned and operated nonprofit 501(c)(3). Our mission is to end the stigmas surrounding mental health and suicide prevention. The more we speak about it with No Shame, the more we give strength to those suffering in silence. I, as the creator and owner/founder of No Shame Warrior, suffered for 17 from PTSD, anxiety, depression and attempted suicide while on active duty. I dealt with it via unhealthy coping mechanisms through alcoholism and drug addiction. Living a much better balanced life, staying sober and clean, being brutally honest with friends and family, an having No Shame to share my story has allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
