Patricia Elliott Seitz is a watercolor artist in Liverpool, New York. Her work finds quiet beauty in ordinary places—historic architecture, neighborhood streets, seasonal light, and the changing landscape of Central New York. Through transparent watercolor, expressive brushwork, and strong light and shadow, she creates paintings that feel both familiar and atmospheric.
