Pearl and Maud is a product line from Los Angeles based artist Teale Hatheway. These unique designs are abstractions of Teale's street light paintings made with gold leaf, spray paint and acrylic. The abstract patterns show the spatters of aerosol sprayed over hand cut stencils. The reflective gold surfaces glow in soft yellow and some times produce an effect of snake skin or cracked earth. These funky yet elegant designs combine the best qualities from both traditional design and contemporary street art. Enjoy!
