I am a world traveler and an artist. I love my friends fiercely and sometimes put up with annoying people for too long. I hate to bargain, and I’m learning to be better at it. I try to remember to ask for what I want instead of expecting the world to just know. I’m learning my limits and figuring out what I want next. I collect skills like some women collect shoes. I speak English (obviously), Spanish, and Swedish, all to varying degrees. I weave, knit, sew, spin. I design jewelry, dolls and fabric. I have a crazy number of ideas and probably try to act on too many of them, and I enjoy it. The more people there are in a group, the quieter I get. Get me one on one and I become chatty, snarky, and sometimes raunchy. If you see a curly headed chick at a conference wearing a T-shirt imploring ‘I’m shy, please come talk to me. Thanks.’, there’s a good chance it’s me, and since I mean it, come on over.
