The_Word

The Word started out with my simple love for Biblical quotes and life sayings. I guess it grew from my great interest in how reading can transport you to different worlds and make you feel new emotions or even take you back and revisit wonderful memories. I've also grown to creating my own quotes; writing them down whenever I feel inspired which is usually during the wee hours of the night or while I'm stuck in traffic. And then I discovered brush lettering. I've tried calligraphy and hand lettering but only the classic combination of a small paintbrush, white paper and black ink could satisfy me. (Plus, it was really the only thing I could do out of the three lol). I'm starting to dabble with watercolor art too so colored prints will be coming soon!
